We would like to say a very big thank you to David Lambie, who selected Dementia Research UK as his chosen charity for The Edinburgh Kiltwalk in September 2022. David took part in the 21-mile ‘Mighty Stride’ and he raised just under £1000. We are hugely grateful for his support. David wanted to raise funds and awareness for dementia research because his dad is living with dementia. We will make sure that the money David raised will go towards the research effort to help people who are affected by dementia, and towards the provision of services to improve the quality of life for people with dementia.
